NZ Endurance Club

Cf%20nwt%20shadows%2010CrossFit by itself is fantastic for building strength and power to improve your run/swim/bike/row performance, but specific CrossFit Endurance can take you to the next level in endurance sport, or simply provide an alternative to a gym based workout.

CFNZ is a newly registered CrossFit Endurance affiliate, and starting this month you can add running workouts to your schedule. If you are an endurance athlete, or want to have a crack at a 10km, half, full or even ULTRA marathon this year, then these sessions are just what you need.

The CFNZ Endurance marathon program starts Sunday August 21st. 

- 10 intense weeks to a first marathon or half.  If you've run one before, then let's get you a personal best time.

Tuesday 600am - Interval Training

Every second Sunday 830am - Time trials/Tempo/Stamina

With this program you will:

- Practice and implement POSE running drills and skills to increase your efficiency, technique, and overall run ability

- Meet with the CFE run group once a week for a fun, competitive training session.

- Recieve CFE drills and workouts to complete on your own

- Movement analysis and programming will also be covered.

Get more efficient, reduce injury, build the strength and stamina so often lacking in endurance athletes, and most importantly, GO FASTER!!

- $60 Unlimited CFNZ Members
- $80 3x Members
- $100  Basic Members
- $200 Non Members

  • Whether you are training for your first 5k race or marathon, or you are an elite athlete looking for a performance breakthrough, we can help! The NZ Endurance program is designed to improve your running technique and help you become a more biomechanically efficient runner.
  • Endurance sports wreak havoc on the body. Not only will this program get you ready for your race, our methods will drastically decrease your risk of injury and help clear up existing issues. You'll be a lot healthier overall too.
  • We teach methods that will significantly decrease your training time and increase your performance.  Elite athletes around the world are experiencing success in endurance events with this type of training, but our program will bring success to runners of any ability.
  • Our Running Program includes:
    • 6 small group sessions with an NZ Endurance coach
    • Before and after video analysis of your running mechanics
    • Drills designed to improve your running efficiency and technique
    • Physical conditioning exercises designed to increase your VO2 max, strength, range of motion, and decrease your chance of injury.
