It was a successful finish to the first 8 week cycle of Olympic lifting this year. All members achieved a new personal best on their lifts, which is very impressive!! But also (what I am particularly proud of) they are all moving so much better and their confidence has improved. Finally, they each demonstrated that the've made huge gains in learning the tools which will enable them to continue to achieve personal bests with their lifting :)

"I went into Oly Club with some clear objectives .. to move more efficiently and have some sort of system I could draw from when doing heavy weight in the WOD 's. Not only did i get this from Barbell Club but gained an enormous appreciation of flexibility/mobility work and the difference that can make, understanding limitations of the mind reflect directly on the body.
