The Strength and Oly Clubs are testing their baselines this week.
Deadlift/BackSquat/Press and Clean+Jerk/Snatch respectively.
Then it is 6-7 weeks of focused lifting and assistance work before retesting, where there will no doubt be so many PR's the red pen will run out of ink........
Actually, many club members have been hitting PR's just this week!

We have 8 week blocks kicking off this week for Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Training.
Amanda: Oly - Mon and Wed at 630pm
Craig: Strength - Tue 630pm, and Fri 530pm
