Your first step is to come in and try it out. We offer a FREE, private trial session.
We'll show you round the gym, teach you some of the fundamental movements and then run you through a CrossFit workout. If it's your cup of tea, then the next step is to enroll in our Intro program - which starts with private sessions to give you a more solid grounding in exercises such as kettlebells, pullups, gymnastic rings, ropes and barbell lifts.
The program also includes access to the group workouts. This is where the action happens, the positive vibe of the group, working hard, competing against others and with themselves, simultaneously encouraging and motivating each other. Our aim is to graduate you into these classes as soon as we think you are ready, while still scaling the workouts to your ability. The most important function of this first month is to safely prepare you for the intensity of full blown CrossFit, so improving technique is paramount.

Please contact us at info@crossfit.co.nz, 585 1665 or 021 450079 to arrange your first CrossFit training session. Refer to the Schedule at the right for training times. If scheduled times don't suit, and you have a group of 5 or more people interested, talk to us about adding extra sessions, or even visiting your workplace.

Memberships are provided on a monthly basis, with an auto renew payment that you control. If you are getting the results you want, just let the payment roll over each month. If you're not satisfied with what we do, or your situation changes you can quit at anytime. Fees are determined by how often you train per week, as low as $10 per session. Compare that to our private training rate of $100/session! You are still guided and coached through your workouts every time you train with us, and don't forget the extra motivation, support and accountability provided by the group.

Research shows that the average gym-goer trains just over once per week. This will not produce the kind of progress we pursue. Commit to us a minimum of three times per week and we guarantee results.
