Now, we know you're keen, but you can't jump into a workout just yet......
We only take on new members once a month, in order to ensure our gym community stays tight knit and that our coaching and service remains at the level we pride ourselves on.
Your first month will be spent in our Intro Program - 12 small group sessions; that give you a grounding in all our core movements - bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, basic gymnastics, barbell lifts and more. The aim is to progress your knowledge, technique and fitness to a level that will clear up any existing injuries, prevent new ones, and allow you to confidently join our regular classes.
Even if you think you are pretty fit already, there is plenty of technical stuff you can pick up on Olympic lifting, movement efficiency, mobility exercises, and even just the language of CrossFit, so you know what we are talking about in the main classes!
Our next intake is:
- May 6th, 2013 (Mon, Tue and Thu at 630am or 7pm)
- Standard monthly membership is $250 per calendar month (3month minimum commitment, no contracts beyond that point)
- Experienced CrossFitters can join our regular classes with a reference from their previous coach. Please email to get yourself registered for your first class.
