If after your free taste of CrossFit, you decide you are hungry for more, prospective members have 3 ways to become a member of CFNZ.
1. Enroll in our Intro Program ($250) - starting with 12 small group sessions; giving you a grounding in all our core movements - bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, basic gymnastics, barbell lifts and more. The aim is to progress your knowledge, technique and fitness to a level that will allow you to join our regular classes.
Intro Programs are currently starting every month (and run 3 x a week for 4 weeks). All 12 sessions must be attended or made up via a 45 min private session ($50 extra per session).
2. If you cannot make the scheduled Intro sessions, or have missed the start of an Intro and want to start immediately, you can opt for the Fast Track Intro - a series of nine private sessions with a CFNZ coach ($675, discounted for multiple people). You also receive a free week of training in our regular sessions.
3. Experienced CrossFitters can join our regular classes with a reference from their previous coach.

Memberships are provided on a monthly basis, with an auto renew payment that you control. If you are getting the results you want, just let the payment roll over each month. If you're not satisfied with what we do, or your situation changes you can quit at anytime. Fees are determined by how often you train per week, as low as $12 per session. Compare that to our private training rate of $100/session! CrossFit is basically cheap personal training, with the benefit of group motivation, support and accountability.
Research shows that the average gym-goer trains just over once per week. This will not produce the kind of progress we want for you. Commit to us a minimum of three times per week and we guarantee results.
