Donny Shankle, 5 times USA Olympic Weightlifting Champion hosts a full day seminar on mastering the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This seminar is for beginners through to advanced. It is limited to 20 spots to ensure maximum one to one coaching in a small group environment.

INFORMATION FOR VISITORS TO CROSSFIT NZ
We are approx a 15-20min drive from the city centre, not accounting for traffic, which is not great at the usual peak hours. The airport is at least 30mins from the city centre and from our gym. Do not take a taxi if you can help it, as it is one of the more expensive rides you will make.....
Get a shuttle, or hire a car if there is a few of you and you're in town for a while.
Probably best if you have your own car. Public transport is unreliable and does not get you too close to the gym.

There is a great cafe about 1km from CFNZ serving the best Paleo breakfast in town called Columbus.
In the suburb of Glen Innes (2km), there are supermarkets, delis, and takeaway joints.
We're also big fans of Kings Roast Meals on Lunn Ave (3km). Lunn Ave also has Nandos, MacDonalds, Thai, Indian, cafes and a supermarket.
