Fitness Testing Week!!
The main testing days will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you miss a session, you can make it up on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Please make every effort to get this done folks, (and fill out your score sheets clearly!!) not only does it give you a great idea of where you are at, and what you need to work on, but it assists us with our programming going forward, and helps us help you! Ok, how about, best improvement gets a t-shirt......?
