It's another awesome week of CrossFitting ahead folks! And we finished off last week in style with a massive bunch of newbies checking out CrossFit NZ, a team row challenge, mobility class, pullup workshop and a full house for Lululemon's Beauty and the Beast Yoga for CrossFit afternoon.
Don't forget that we're closed this weekend due to the Level One CrossFit Course and Auckland Anniversary. There is a beach workout Saturday at 830am, and a Monday evening workout at 5pm. Also, due to the CrossFit Coaches Prep Course on Wednesday and Thursday, the 915am, 4pm and 5pm classes will be held in the park at the end of Thomas Peacock Place, but we'll meet at the gym just outside the roller door.
