Two words.....
That. Good.
This food really is that good.
For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure to meet her yet, Mini has been a member of the
Crossfit community for the past year and a half, and a foodie her whole life!
She has become inspired by the benefits and results of a paleo based lifestyle and understands the pressures of having to think about preparing a paleo friendly meal, which satisfies your taste buds in amongst your busy lives.
These meals are not padded with cheap starchy carbs or fillers to make them look plentiful. They are a generous helping of tasty and good quality meat in recipes that have been carefully created with your taste buds in mind.
The meal ranges are:
1. Smoky Chili Braised Beef with Kumara Dumplings – prime NZ beef chunks in a rich cherry tomato and mushroom sauce with just the slightest hint of chili accompanied by coriander infused kumara dumplings. Have with a dollop of sour cream… Yum!
2. Pulled Lamb and Pumpkin Nut Crumble – perfect balance of savory and sweet. Tender slivers of NZ lamb in a bed of plump apricots, dried plums and hearty vegetables smothered in a sweet pumpkin crumble smattered with fresh rosemary, pumpkin seed and almond crumb.
3. Fragrant Chicken, Kumara and Cashew Nut Curry – South East Asian inspired curry encompassing tamarind for tang; kaffir lime and lemongrass for fragrance; kumara for sweetness with a hint of coconut cream for that velvety richness… Mmm…
