Over the next 8 weeks of the Spring Challenge I've made it MY challenge to inform you about your food and the astounding effects it can have on your health and welbeing. I believe your health should be your choice, a fully informed one.
I will post links to articles or videos, share with you what I know - and maybe even a few recipes (though I'm not a very fancy cook, just simple - so I think I'll borrow those ;) )
Below is a talk given by Dr. Terry Wahls, an American physician who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (a progressive neurodegenerative disorder). She describes how she was able to restore her health by altering her diet.
Although her diet is possibly not as great as it could be (some small changes could make it better) given the findings of recent research articles published), the transformation speaks for itself.
