HUGE week in the new Oly Lifting and Strength room! I have had the lucky privilage of being the first coach to take classes in there and it's amazing!! - quiet, heaps of room, nothing but wall to focus on when you lift.... oh and everyone is hitting PRs....... :)
There are two places left in the evening classes - thats 1830 Monday and Wednesday evening until the 7th of November. It's not too late to get amongst it, give Darren an email at darren@crossfitnz.co.nz, and he'll work you out a deal for the remaining 7 weeks.

Pullup (DB Row)

SDHP 40/25kg
Burpee
Perform
20 seconds of the 1st exercise, rest 10 sec, then 20s of the 2nd
exercise, rest 10s; for 8 TOTAL rounds, ie, each exercise is performed 4
x.
Score is the TOTAL number for each round, ie. one continuous count for the entire 8 rounds.
