Teuila (or just T) has been just quietly achieving some seriously heavy lifts lately - 75kg back squat anyone?
So we are one week into Spring, and as is typical of this season, it's been sporadic as heck!
But you can't deny it's getting warmer, and in this amazing country, we should all be making an effort to get outside and enjoy it.
Since moving to St Heliers last year, I've managed to swim reasonably consistently, although it is pretty hard going at the moment - swim cap and wetsuit is compulsory garb!
There is also a sweet 1 mile trail through Dingle Dell Reserve, that serves as a good little morning wake up run, and a thrilling time trial course if you turn up the speed, although be careful of walkers, I nearly bowled over Sir Graham Henry out for a stroll last time I ran this......
And nothing can beat a short, sharp workout on the beach for a change of scenery and a literal breath of fresh air, with sand-in-the-hair burpees, sprints, and maybe a few kettlebell swings.

Hang Power Clean 6 x 3 every 90s

1 min. Front Leaning Rest (for seconds)
1 min. KBS
1 min. Rest
3 rounds
