Happy Birthday for yesterday to Coach Craig Leonard!!
Craig has been with us from the very beginning of CrossFit NZ, firstly as a client, but he's been on our team for well over 3 years, and in that time has developed into a great coach.
He's the man to talk to if you want to learn the finer points of kettlebell technique, and how to get really freaking strong.
Craig runs the hugely popular and successful Strength Division - a specialty class that focuses on improvements in the squat, deadlift and press, along with accessory exercises to develop the core, shoulders and hamstrings. There is an 8 week training block kicking off next week actually, so talk to him or email for details.
