It's been great to see our new mum coach, and our new mum intern back at training recently!! Dawn and Nikki have been making a special effort to align their schedules with a baby sitter, so that they can get their workouts in.
Ok, so it doesn't always work, sometimes the babies want Mum and not the baby sitter, and a heavy metcon turns into a quick walk around the 400m course with the stroller.....
But the intention is there, and each day that they make it in, they'll regain another bit of their CrossFit powers.
Making a plan is key. And then sticking with it!
Can't get to the gym today? Do a park workout.
No time to buy healthy food? Shop online and have them deliver.
No time to sleep? Well I'm still working on that one, but if you can't sneak in a siesta like I try to, then see if you can get the tv turned off earlier.
