The club meets twice a week for 45-60 minutes each session. Programming is focused on the needs of the group, along with modifications for individual athletes. An additional 'homework' session will be posted to the blog site weekly.
"Two reasons I signed up for Oly Club again. First was to find those elusive new PR’s. Secondly was to spend more time Oly Lifting with a dedicated coach. These two reasons should be switched around, as it’s obvious to me now, that because of the latter the first is achieved....
I found the dedicated coaching invaluable. After EVERY session, I came away with a little more. Then practice, practice, practice. Also doing this with a small group of like-minded people, each with our different goals, created an environment for wanting to improve.
Both reason’s to sign up again were well and truly justified. And the re-testing nights at the end….definitely a huge buzz!"
