We're Fitness Level Testing again today, make sure you celebrate your PR's by getting them up on the PR Board in all their bright fluro marker pen glory! You may not think it's a big deal, you humble old anti-tall poppy Kiwi you, but everyone else is impressed, especially your coaches. Would you deny them the lump in the throat they get when they see what you've accomplished? That moisture in the corner of their eye?
Didn't think so.
So get your PR's up on the board, and don't forget to knock someone of the Leaderboard too. Besides, in August, all the PR's will be erased to make room for new ones.
