Charissa Barnham from Sports Park CrossFit down in Hawkes Bay, showed off her kettlebell form when she popped in for a workout and a catch up last week. CrossFit is popping up all round the country, about 40 gyms at last count! No excuses now if you travel for business......
On that note however, be mindful of where you do go. There are commercial gym chains who think this is the latest fad to use for milking their clients of money and are blatantly offering CrossFit classes. Don't let them turn their $10 an hour trainers loose on you; do your research (or ask us!) and only attend registered and reputable CrossFit affiliates.
