Clayton put in a huge effort yesterday morning to get the benchmark workout Jackie finished right on the cut off time for the Fitness Levels. 30 pullups, and all without a kip! Great work mate, but let's start practicing that kip soon eh?
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jumps 60/50cm
30 Wall Ball Shots 9/6kg
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 Box Jumps, Partner A will perform 30 Wall Ball Shots, and Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
You also have the option of catching up on Fitness Levels or doing the row/run test.
Don't forget the gym is closed this weekend for the Level One course we're hosting.
There will be just one workout this morning at 7am.

The first event at the Industrial Athletic Invitational, held at the NZ Fitness Expo kicks off at 10am; ASB Showgrounds. Event 2 is around 1pm and Event 3 at 230ish.
