Workout - Hitchhiker
This one is a classic from our days at the old gym. Haven't done it here yet. So, here you go.......
- 10 Pick up and press
- 10 Zercher Squat
- 10 Pushup
- 10 Overhead Lunge
- 200m run
- AMRAP in 20min (all performed with a 20 or 10kg plate; pushups too...)
Comp Team is meeting today at 1030am.
Rest well on Sunday for Fitness Level Testing next week!
