Games week is upon us, half of the workouts have been announced, and the message boards and forums are alight with comments and opinions about whether they are good or bad, exciting or boring, a true test of fitness or no test at all.
Either way, we know some of you will be curious as to what they are like to perform, so you'll see a small selection that fit into our programming making an appearance over the next couple of weeks. Starting with a simple one today, but no doubt brutally effective. We'll go with metres instead of yards.......
