If this guy looks a bit familiar around the gym, it's because he may have just made you a coffee. Dannee has been wondering about all you folks coming into his cafe, Columbus, and asking for no toast. So he and his wife Jigisha are now part of the community.

And Dannees already squatting triple figures......! Look out for this guy.

Don't forget the gym is closed this weekend for the Level One course we're hosting.

There will be just one workout on Saturday morning at 7am. It will be a partner WOD, and you also have the option of catching up on Fitness Levels or doing the row/run test.

Welcome to our Level One guests, please do not park in front of our neighbours. Road parking only.

The first event at the Industrial Athletic Invitational, held at the NZ Fitness Expo kicks off at 10am; ASB Showgrounds.

Your first month of membership at CrossFit NZ includes our Intro Program, where you get the low down on correct technique and give your fitness a boost, in order to join our regular classes.
These run for 4 weeks and are available on Mon/Tue/Thu, at either 630am or 7pm.
May 6th intake (spaces available)
Private Intro Programs are also available if schedules conflict, or injury/inactivity is a factor.
