We're not going to let you go without a fight of course. You'll get emails, and we'll stalk you on Facebook. We've even been known to send you actual snail mail demanding your presence in the gym.......
Our gym isn't far from being full up, thus we only have room for people who want to contribute to our community in a positive way.
Please think about that before you call us. We dont want tire kickers looking for the next fad diet or quick weightloss gimmick.
Gimmicks don't exist. Only hard work does. We also don't do deals. So please don't ask, as it's an instant alarm bell about your work ethic for us.
