I like this photo for the fact that it is such a typical representation of a given day at CFNZ. In the foreground you have Krista and Ben going rep for rep during a class workout, Mike is in the background on the platforms getting under a heavy barbell, and then in the top left, we have the usual stray kid belonging to one of our members, hanging out up top watching the action. And from his point of view it looks more like this.....
On that note, please folks, be mindful of each other today. We'll have non members visiting us to have their Open workout validated, we've got a big bunch of free trial peeps coming in, and there will likely be a handful of Intro graduates still finding their feet, so the words of the day are 'spatial awareness'!! Try to avoid moving with out looking, as you are likely to find yourself colliding with another person, or worse, a barbell travelling at high velocity.
Parking in front of towaway signs is not the smartest thing to do, there are plenty of spaces out on the road. I KNOW you are more than fit enough to hike in the 200 odd metres....... :)
The barbie will be cranking again for the athletes.
