Harry L. getting some air on the box jumps. What kind of 'jumper' are you? Rebounder? Down + up? Jump up, step down? Double bouncer?
Does anyone switch techniques depending on the workout? I know I like to use the rebound method when it's low reps, or just one big set, and switch to the down + up for multiple long sets. I'll also step down if it's a longer workout like Kelly, or if the gammy leg is playing up......
The double bounce has no place here! It's nothing but a nervous twitch. If you're a double bouncer, you're wasting energy that could be used to gain you height and reps. Practice a single bounce jump on a lower box to retrain your nervous system, and build back up. Same goes for anyone who wants faster jumps, with more unbroken reps.
