Some of our Competition Club training hard in the lead up to The Open, and hopefully Regionals!!
The Comp Club is comprised of some Games veterans and also people with a grounding in the basics who are either looking to improve their fitness via some more competitive workouts, and/or provide some competiton and atmosphere to push our Regionals hopefuls a bit harder.

Then Fitness Level Metcon - Baseline, Helen, Fran, Elizabeth
Run/Row testing can be completed after workout, or in own time. Find a buddy or two to push you.
Don't forget we are closed on Monday. If you want to workout after a relaxing day off, get to St Heliers for a beach workout 5pm Monday, followed by a BBQ (BYO veggie matter or dessert). Hope to see lots of you there.
