Sometimes I watch you guys working out, and I wonder to myself "do your friends and family know?"
"Do they know how hard you train?'
Sure they've probably heard by now about this new gym you go to called Ex-Fit, or CrossTrain or something (but they're a little unsure why you go on about it so much........) do they actually know what you do there?
Do they know you can crank out pull ups until you get bored.....?
That you can put your own bodyweight (and maybe more) above your head? Pick up double that from the ground? Turn a skipping rope as well as Ali, and balance yourself upside down like it's zero gravity?
Do they know how much you sweat? That you sometimes bleed? How focused you are on being a more functional, healthy human being? How willing you are to expose your weaknessess every day so you can make them your strengths?
Do they know that you are a badass?
And I'm proud.

Workout - 12 Days of Christmas (modified slightly from our 2009 Christmas Workout)
- 1 x cartwheel
- 2 DB cleans 15's/10's
- 3 pushups
- 4 pistols
- 5 pullups
- 6 KB SDHP 32/24kg
- 7 situps
- 8 DB Pushpress 15's/10's
- 9 squats
- 10 Box jumps 50cm
- 11 KB Snatch (scale to clean and pushpress) 24/16kg (total reps)
- 12 candlestick/burpee/toes to bar
- Start with 1 cartwheel, then 2 DB clean and 1 cartwheel, then 3 box jumps, 2 DB cleans and 1 cartwheel, etc.
Don't forget we have one last workout tomorrow at 9am.
