Partner Workout
For time:
1) Partner 1 performs 50 slamballs whilst Partner 2 holds a handstand.
Then swap so Partner 1 holds a Handstand whilst Partner 2 performs 50 Slams.
If handstand is broken, perform 5 burpees each before continuing.
2) Partner 1 performs 50 Box Jumps (50/40cm) whilst Partner 2 holds a L-sit.
Then swap so Partner 1 holds a L-sit whilst Partner 2 performs 50 Box Jumps.
If overhead position is broken perform 5 burpees each before continuing.
3) Partner 1 performs 50 Situps whilst Partner 2 holds the bottom of a Squat.
Then swap so Partner 1 holds the bottom of a Squat whilst Partner 2 performs 50 situps.
If squat position is broken perform 5 burpees each before continuing.
4) Partner 1 performs a 400m run, while Partner 2 holds a plank. Then swap for 2 runs each.
If plank is broken, perform 5 burpees each when runner gets back before continuing.
