Kind of looks like 'Nap Time' at kindergarten......? No, the October Intros are just learning the Turkish Get Up, you know, that exercise that is so great for your shoulder stablity, core strength and glute activation? So why aren't you all doing more of them.....? Grab a kettlebell before class and practice!! And then you may one day be able to do this party trick........
