Tomorrow is our Blow The Whistle on Family Violence charity workout. Bring along anyone who wants to have a bit of a physical challenge; the workout is easily scaleable to suit any fitness level. We'll be running heats at 730, 830 and 930am, with the barbie cranking as ususal.
