Rach C made the comment yesterday that everytime she works out with Kelly G, she seemed to have gotten better at something - one day it's kipping pullups ticked off, the next it's cleans. Here she is during yesterdays power clean/run workout, and I agree with Rach, her technique has improved dramatically. Way to go Kelly!
What's Kelly's secret? Turn up to class early, stay late, and practice, practice, practice. Sorry, no magic advice folks. It's very simple.

5 SDHP 40/30kg
10 Toes to bar
15 KB Swing 24/16kg
AMRAP in 15 mins
This is a little beauty, it goes straight for your forearms like a hungry piranha, so focus on using your legs efficiently on the SDHP, try a mixed grip on the TTB and keep your grip relaxed on the swings (not too relaxed! Don't kill anyone......). Find a good pace, aim for unbroken reps, resting between exercises and sets.
