Today is Day 23 of the May Nutrition Challenge, which means just a week to go! Don't break now, you are so close. Are you planning a massive binge on Day 31, or have you reached the tipping point where you realise that crappy food doesn't quite hold the appeal it once may have? It's important to perhaps have something you have cut from your diet that you crave, but take it slow, as a gradual reintroduction of foods can be a good way to identify if any of them cause you any grief.
