Due to the Sectionals Training Camp on this weekend at CFNZ, we will only have 3 workouts on.
730am at Vic Park, 730am and 830am at CFNZ. The gym workouts will actually be in the park across the road, but muster at the gym first.

3 Deadhang (weighted) pullup
5 Ring Dips
-make it as easy/hard as you need to.
