Look after your hands!! Sectionals are in one week. Don't go doing anything silly on the pullup bars between now and then, and get any existing tears fixed now, by keeping them wet and covered.
Take a look at this post from CrossFit Invictus on how to tape to protect your hands. If a high rep pullup event surfaces in the Sectionals, you may want to consider taping to protect your hands for subsequent events.
