Our Fitness Challenge is on this Saturday from 8-3. Three workouts and a viewing of Every Second Counts - the CrossFit documentary. Spectators are more than welcome - feel free to flip a gold coin in the box for Taz's grocery fund at the World Crossfit Games in California.
