We are a functional fitness gym in Auckland, New Zealand, with a community of diverse people with one thing in common: a desire to be better than yesterday. We work hard, and have fun.
Welcome Briana to the Victoria Park sessions, even though it's only a short stay....

Taz and I had so much 'fun' with this workout on Thursday that we had to share the love. It was a modified version, but I don't know if it ended up being any easier.....
Couldn't get everyone in the shot, but the boxes and the 2 people on each tell the story of our busiest Thursday night yet. Glad we had space outside.......

Expected a quieter day after Fight Gone Bad on Saturday, but most of you were raring to go today, which was great. If you did awaken a niggle somewhere after a big effort, be sure to throttle back a little this week and let your body recover. If neccessary, get along to Simon at Inform Physio and ask him to use the extra long acupunture needles........you'll be fighting fit again in no time.

A huge thanks to everyone who competed, cheered and supported at CrossFit NZ's first Fight Gone Bad workout fundraiser - It was an awesome morning, here is a taster of what when on.
We had two different workout options this morning. One for our clients who are particpating in Fight Gone Bad on Saturday (so they are rested for the big day!) and another for those who arent - I think there was a bit of workout envy going on :)

Indoors- The broomstick mile
It may be just a broomstick for weight but don't let it fool you. A great technique drill, but still a killer workout.
It’s 'real world' fitness. Workouts are short, hard and very effective. Despite that, it's a lot of fun, because you train with a great group of people. And forget about diets, just eat simple and enjoyable, real food.
