A manmaker is a burpee on steroids.......that's right, there is a way to make a burpee even MORE difficult.
Using DB's, drop down for a burpee, then add a DB row each arm in the pushup position, back to your feet for a squat clean, finishing with an overhead press. That's one rep.........
